Honestly: we can't publish accuracy figures broken down by skin tone, and we're not going to invent them. Here's what is true. Nailify edits your photo — it applies a style to the hand you photographed rather than dropping your color onto a stock hand — so your skin stays your skin. The image work is done by a general-purpose AI model, and like any such model it can get an edge or an undertone wrong.

If a result doesn't look like you, retake the photo in even, natural light and try again, and please tell us at support@azdezigns.com. We'd much rather hear it than not.

Your photo is compressed on your device — which strips embedded location data — then sent to our server and forwarded to OpenAI to do the AI work. It is not processed on your phone. For a Nail Health Scan, the photo itself isn't stored on our servers; only the written analysis is saved to your scan history. For a Try-On, the generated result image is stored so we can show it back to you.

Nailify uses no third-party analytics, advertising, or crash-reporting SDKs, and deleting your account from the app's settings deletes your scan history and saved looks. The full detail is in the Privacy Policy.
